After years of working in the financial services industry Jim was introduced to the merchant services industry in 2000. It was clear to him credit card acceptance was only going to expand from where it was at that time. He quickly learned the industry top to bottom realizing that to gain a competitive edge one would need to gain an encyclopedic knowledge of its many different facets.
One undeniable fact was the support any merchant receives when they are in need of assistance is what differentiates the “gold standard providers” from those that simply sell merchant accounts. By ensuring all support staff are US based, and utilizing the skills amassed over nearly 20 years in the industry supporting 50,000+ merchants and over 800 agents Jim has established the best support staff in the industry. With his many strategic partnerships, and extensive industry knowledge he is able to overcome any challenge he is faced with quickly and efficiently.
